- REQUIREMENTS
- Original passport (7 months valid)
- Previous passports (if any)
- In case of loss of any pervious passport than FIR required in English format
- Two color passport size photographs
- Clear CNIC copy of applicant in A4 Page
- Two Visa forms
- Request letter on company letterhead
- Copy of certificate of NTN
- Account maintenance certificate with signed and stamped form bank authorities,
- Bank statement last 6 months.
- Latest bank statement with signed and stamped from bank authorities (Rs. 300,000/-
- For Individuals and Rs.500,000/- in case of Family)
- Copy of all documents of company
- FRC in case of family (any member)
- Hotel Booking
- Flight Reservation
