Visa Requirements

• Original current passport. Passport must be valid at least 3 months beyond intended travel, issued within the previous 10 years, and containing at least two blank pages. And copy of all used pages in the current passport and all previous passports (old and new)
• One passport photo not older than six months
• Visa questionnaire duly filled in and signed
• Family tree forms (information about your close family members) in English
• Travel itinerary, detailed information about the tourist attractions etc, that the applicant is planning to visit, including dates, transportation and hotels
• Flight reservation: Round trip reservation. Do not buy the ticket until a visa has been granted
• Travel medical insurance for the duration of the stay in Schengen area with a minimum coverage of EURO 30.000.
• Copy of Bank statement from the last 6 months duly signed and stamped by the bank or other documentation of private funds if any
• Copy of Pakistani Identity card (CNIC)
• Documentation of civil status; marriage certificate(Nikah Nama)/marriage registration certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, Family RegistrationCertificate (FRC) issued in English by NADRA (Pakistan National Database and Registration Authority)
• Letter of employment/proof of enrolment at university and student card, permission for leave, specifying the dates of absence, position and salary and contact number of employer
• Copies of property documents with English translation (if you have any)
• Incentive package tours: letter of organizing entity (company, association etc) detailing the objective if the package tour, conditions that have been met by beneficiaries (and if dependents are included). List of participants, stating each name and date of birth as in passport

• Chamber Recomadation Letter
