- ERFS Certificate
- Request letter on company letterhead
- Copy of certificate of NTN
- Copy of membership certificate of Chamber of Commerce
- Account maintenance certificate with signed and stamped form bank
- authorities (Personal)
- Three months latest bank statement with signed and stamped from bank
- authorities with al-least minimum closing balance Rs.500, 000/- (Personal)
- FRC in case of family (any member)
- Return Ait Ticket
- Hotel Booking Voucher
